1. The App

The App is a personal journaling tool. It shows one Bible verse per day from a public-domain translation (King James Version, Louis Segond 1910 or Reina-Valera 1909) and lets you write, edit, tag, mark as favorite, search and export your own entries, add an optional mood, view them on a calendar and in personal statistics, back them up to a file, set a daily calendar reminder and protect the App with a PIN.

The App does not provide guided prayer, devotionals, spiritual guidance, counselling or any religious service, and it does not replace medical, psychological or other professional care.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase the App.

3. Price and Payment

The App is sold for a one-time payment of €27. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. The final price, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our Merchant of Record and reseller. The charge may appear on your statement under its name.

4. Delivery

The App is a digital product; nothing is shipped. After the payment is confirmed, an access link is sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Licence and Access

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App for as long as it is offered (“lifetime access”), including the updates we release. You may not share, resell or redistribute your access link.

6. Refunds

You have a 60-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Your Content

The entries you write belong to you. We claim no rights over them, and you can export them at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The App's software, design and the texts written by us belong to Impact Mídia. The Bible texts shown in the App come from translations in the public domain.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Impact Mídia is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end access in case of fraud, abuse of the service or a breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
